Hongda Qiu, I'm sorry, but I am not sure who "us," is. The programs handle their own interviews, so I am not able to give you a yes/no answer.

Hi Will, thanks for holding these chats. I noticed that a round of invitations for BE PhD have already been sent out. Will there be another round? How many applicants are invited to interview? What are the admission statistics from previous years?

Hi BE PhD Applicant, I don't know if they have finished sending out interviews or not. As for the statistics: They had 466 applicants last year and admitted 70.

Hello Will,  I want to ask is IELTS 7.5 minimum for all programs a hard requirement (non-negotiatable)? Is IELTs 7.0 be possible to be admitted ?

Fading, it is not a requirement, but a recommended score. Yes, we have admitted applicants with a score below 7.5

Morning Will, I notice from the website that the language test can be waived if I had 3 years English-Using country studying experience. However, I only have 2 years undergraduate study in England. Can my IELTS or TOLFEL score be waived? Thanks.

No, not if you've only had two years. As you point out, we specifically state you need 3 years for a waiver to be granted.
